After watching this film, compare and contrast the story The Yellow Ribbon and the film The Red Ribbon. Which one did you enjoy the most? What was the same? What was different?
1. In the the movie the ribbon was red in the story It was yellow. 2. They did not get married or have children. 3. He did not threatened her to take the ribbon off, and in the story he waited. 4. She took the ribbon off near a tree and was not on her deathbed. Also I enjoied the story the most and it was half the same as the story.
I no liked the movie. I liked the story, even more cruel.
In the story and the film had difference as:
-In the story the ribbon is yellow in the movie red. -In the story he married and had children with her and in the film no. -In the story he takes off the tape and in the movie she takes it off herself. -In in the story when he goes to remove the tape and she was on her deathbed in the movie no.
1. In the story the ribbon was yellow. In the film the ribbon in her neck was red. 2. In the story she happily married the guy In the film she doesn't get married with the guy. 3. In the story she take off the ribbon in her bed and she die. And in the film she take off the ribbon behind the tree in the park.
1-In the story the ribbon is yellow and in th film is red 2-In the film not have chidrens and dint get mary 3-In the film dint show wen the head fell off
I liked much more the story because it gives much more interest to the reader. In the movie its a bit boring (my opinion). In the movie the ribbon was red, while in the story in was yellow. In the story it said that the married, they had children, they get to the golden anniversary, while in the movie they were young and she untied the ribbon. Both in the movie and in the story her head fells out, in both the head is heal by the ribbon.
I think that the story was better. The story was long, they got married had kids and even celebrated their golden anniversary. The short film was not so interesting , they were only friends and when he asked her to get the ribbon off she did it. In the story the ribbon was yellow and in the film was red.I liked most the story because is more long and interesting.
I liked the story more. The difference in the film 1-The ribbon is red. 2-she married with him and have kids. 3-She take off the tape behind the tree. The difference in the story 1-The ribbon is yellow. 2-They dont get married and not have kids. 3-She took the ribbon in her deathbed.
My reaction to the movie is that almost everything is the same except these:
ReplyDelete1 - In the movie the ribbon was red and the story was yellow.
2 - They do not get to marry or have children.
The end of the story for me was cruel.
I liked the movie but the story was better.
